Zakharova pointed to the violent militarization of Moldova by NATO and the EU

The European Union (EU) and NATO are forcibly militarizing Moldova. Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said this on July 17, answering a question from Izvestia.

"We have already talked more than once about the creeping militarization, the forced militarization of Moldova, in which NATO, along with the European Union, plays a crucial role," Zakharova added at a briefing.
