In the Kaliningrad region, two workers died from poisoning by sewage gases

As a result of poisoning by sewage gases in the Kaliningrad region, two employees of a municipal organization died and another was injured. This was announced on Tuesday, July 15, by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.

"According to preliminary information, three employees of the municipal enterprise were poisoned by sewage gases during the work on cleaning the collector. As a result, two men died at the scene," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that the victim was hospitalized. Law enforcement agencies and special services are working at the scene of the incident.

The day before in Perm, two children died due to gas poisoning in a garage, and two more were rescued. It was clarified that all the victims were teenage girls aged from 14 to 17 years. At the moment, the details and circumstances of the incident are being established.
