The military of the Russian Armed Forces told about the liberation of Nikolaevka in the DPR

On July 15, the military personnel of the Center group of forces told Izvestia about the liberation of the settlement of Nikolaevka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

The deputy commander of the reconnaissance battalion with the call sign Vlad noted that the operation was successful, as the soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were helped by courage and good endurance. The servicemen had to run across open terrain in the heat of about 600-700 m. In addition, he noted that the liberation was complicated by the fact that there were civilians in the settlement.

"The assault lasted about two weeks. It was hard to get to the starting line. Especially to get over the open areas. Swampy terrain, blown up bridges, roads: it was hard to approach," said Vladimir Popolitov, Deputy commander of the battalion.

According to the serviceman, the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are "weak in spirit" and unable to stand up against the Russian military.

On July 13, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the liberation of the settlements of Nikolaevka and Karl Marx on the territory of the DPR by Russian fighters. It was clarified that the groups of troops "Center" took part in the offensive operation in Nikolaevka. The military attacked the brigades of unmanned systems, air defense and the National Guard.
