FC Milan has signed a contract with Luka Modric
Milan Football Club (FC) has announced the signing of a contract with Croatian midfielder Luka Modric. The relevant information was posted on the team's official website on July 14.
"FC Milan is pleased to announce that Luka Modric has signed a contract with the club until June 30, 2026, with the option of a one—year extension until June 30, 2027," the statement said.
It is noted that Modric will play in the team under the 14th number. In 2018, the Croatian midfielder won the Golden Ball Award.
Modric has been playing for Real Madrid since 2012. He left the team after the conclusion of the Club World Cup. In the 2024/25 season, the midfielder played 62 matches in all competitions, scored four goals and provided nine assists, adds Sport-Express.
