In Norilsk, workers from Dagestan rescued a girl hanging from a balcony windowsill. The participants of the events told Izvestia about this on July 13.

During the lunch break, workers noticed a girl who was hanging on the balcony of a multi-storey building. After that, some of the men stretched the carpet below, while others ran into the apartment to drag the girl inside.

"They started talking <to the girl>, then two of them stayed downstairs, and the four of us ran upstairs," said Kamal Ibrakov, one of the workers.

The men managed to reach the hanging woman through a nearby balcony and rescue her by dragging her back into the apartment.
