As a result of an accident near Nizhny Tagil on the 147th km of the Yekaterinburg -Nizhny Tagil –Serov highway, three people were killed. This was announced on July 12 by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.
According to preliminary data, the 58-year-old Lada Granta driver lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Subaru Forester. As a result of the incident, the driver of a domestic car and two passengers born in 1959 and 1965 were killed.
It is specified that two more people who were in the cabin of a foreign car were taken to a medical facility.
"The condition of the drivers at the time of the accident will be determined based on the results of medical examinations. Traffic police officers and an investigative task force are working at the scene," the Telegram channel says.
On July 12, one person was killed and five others were injured in an accident on the Artyom–Nakhodka highway. It was clarified that the 74-year-old driver of a Honda CR-V car entered the lane intended for oncoming traffic and collided with a Toyota Vanguard.
