Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the creation of at least 10 prosthetic rehabilitation centers for the disabled in the country's federal districts by 2027, including for participants in a special military operation. The corresponding instruction was published on the Kremlin's official website on July 11.

"The FMBA of Russia, together with the State Fund for Support of Participants in the Special Military Operation Defenders of the Fatherland and the Rostec State Corporation, with the participation of the Russian Paralympic Committee, will ensure the creation of at least 10 prosthetic rehabilitation centers in the federal districts by 2027 on the basis of organizations subordinate to the FMBA of Russia, providing comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation for the disabled, including among the participants of the special military operation, in all major areas," the text of the document says.
