Five people were killed in a collision between a minibus and a car in Crimea.
In Sevastopol, five people were killed in a collision between a minibus and a passenger car on the Simferopol–Bakhchisarai–Sevastopol highway. This was announced on July 10 in the press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city.
It is noted that an 18-year-old girl in a VAZ car did not give way to a 45-year-old driver of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter car, after which a collision of vehicles occurred.
The ministry clarified that four passengers of the VAZ were killed, and later the driver of a domestic car died. At the same time, the injured man from a foreign minibus was assisted at the scene of the incident.
All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established. In addition, a criminal case was opened under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons."
On the eve of July 9, four people were killed in an accident in the Tukayevsky district of Tatarstan when a domestic car and a foreign car collided, three adults and one two—year-old child, and two more people were injured. The accident occurred due to the fact that one of the cars drove into the oncoming lane.
