As a result of an accident with teenagers, one person was killed and three were injured.

On July 9, one teenager was killed and four others were injured in an accident in the Nazarovsky Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was announced on July 10 by the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

"The 16-year-old driver of a VAZ—2115 car, who is intoxicated and has no right to drive, while driving along the highway from the village of Altat in the direction of the city of Nazarovo, lost control and drove into a ditch with the subsequent rollover of the car," the department said in a Telegram channel message.

As a result of the accident, a 16-year-old girl died on the spot, the driver and the rest of the passengers were hospitalized.

A criminal case was opened on this fact on the grounds of a crime under paragraphs "a", "b", Part 4 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of traffic and operation of vehicles by a person who is intoxicated and has no right to drive vehicles").

All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
