The most downloaded games and applications in RuStore are named
The Russian RuStore app store has published a rating of the most popular games and applications for the first six months of 2025 with a total number of installations on devices of more than 100 million downloads. This was announced on July 8 by the VK press service.
The leadership among applications remains with financial services. SberBank Online, T-Bank, VTB Online, Alfa-Bank and Mir Pay are among the top 5 most downloaded. Users also often installed applications such as Avito, OZON, MegaFon, Gosuslugi, WILDBERRIES and VKontakte. At the same time, the fastest growth in six months was recorded for the new Russian messenger MAX.
"In the gaming segment, the greatest interest was aroused by multiplayer and survival projects. In the top were Tanks Blitz, Grand Mobile, Cyber Evolution: The Beginning, the card game "Fool Online", the role—playing game BLACK RUSSIA, as well as RPG and adventure titles: Legends Reborn, Perfect World: Ascend and Last Day on Earth: Survival," the publication says.
The fastest growth in downloads was shown by the game of the Chinese developer IGG — Doomsday: Last Survivors. Varvara Yumina, editor-in-chief of RuStore, emphasized that the audience's attention is held by action games, simulators and multiplayer projects.
"More and more developers are trying to create accessible and exciting games that respond to popular trends and allow them to spend time with friends. At the same time, we notice a steady trend: users prefer in—game offers instead of paid downloads or disabling ads," she added.
Earlier, on June 2, Ilya Ulyanov, director of development at RuStore, informed Izvestia about the leadership of Russian mobile games in terms of the number of payments. According to him, the average check for domestic games in the app store for April of this year was 750 rubles. It was noted that this is 200 rubles more than foreign games.
