The British-Chinese MG HS crossover was certified in Russia

Mir-Distributor has certified the MG HS crossover in Russia. This was announced on July 7 from the Innoprom exhibition in Yekaterinburg, the Izvestia correspondent reports.

Thus, MG HS became the fifth model of the British-Chinese brand in Russia, which has vehicle type Approval (allows you to start mass sales of cars in the Russian Federation and import them through official channels).

In addition to HS, the RX5 and ZS crossovers, as well as the MG5 sedan and MG6 liftback were previously certified. At the same time, Mir-Distributor sells 10 brand models in Russia, including the Cyberster electric roadster.

The price of MG HS starts from 3.5 million rubles. The length of the car is 4630 mm with a wheelbase of 2750 mm. The crossover is offered in two versions: with a 1.5 turbo engine with a capacity of 172 hp. A seven-speed robot and a turbocharged 231-horsepower two-liter unit in conjunction with a nine-speed automatic, front-wheel drive only.

Earlier that day, it was reported that Sollers presented the Sollers SP7 business van at the Innoprom exhibition in Yekaterinburg. Its production will be adjusted at the Yelabuga plant. Vehicle Type Approval (OTT) for the model has already been received.
