A bill will be submitted to the State Duma, which provides for the exemption of parents with many children from paying for toll roads. This was reported by TASS on July 7.

The bill was developed by the Just Russia — For Truth party. They are invited to amend the law "On Highways and on Road Activities."

The deputies believe that the adoption of the bill will expand the accessibility of transport infrastructure for large families, reduce transport costs (including during vacations) and increase social justice in terms of a differentiated approach to paying for transport services.

In addition, the exemption of parents of large families from paying for toll roads helps strengthen the status of such families as a socially significant and state-supported unit of society, as well as "creating additional incentives for the birth of a third and subsequent children within the framework of demographic policy," the explanatory note says.

On July 4, it was reported that the government would submit to the State Duma a bill introducing new duties for public services and increasing some existing ones, including for motorists.
