The HRC called on Azerbaijan to reduce the heat in relations with Russia
Azerbaijan needs to reduce the tension in relations with the Russian side, as well as come to the resumption and development of strategic partnership. This was announced on July 6 by the press service of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC).
