In Vladivostok, a man drowned while swimming. An investigation is underway into the incident.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of July 2 in the area of the Tokarevsky lighthouse. According to the PrimaMedia news agency, a man born in 1973 went swimming and drowned. The body of the deceased was pulled out of the water by eyewitnesses.
Rescuers note that swimming in the lighthouse area is not recommended, as there is no officially equipped beach there.
On July 3, a seven-year-old girl drowned in Lake Svyatozero in Karelia. According to preliminary data, she left the house on the eve of the incident. A criminal case has been opened into the death of the child.
