President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was not given the opportunity to request new amounts of support at the NATO summit in The Hague. The publication Strategic Culture wrote about this.

"Zelensky was invited to attend, but he was told to remove the begging bowl," the article wrote.

The article noted that the Ukrainian leader wore a civilian suit instead of the military clothes in which he usually appears at public events, "which once again indicates that the NATO organizers decided to give priority to US President Donald Trump."

On June 25, it was reported that the NATO summit in The Hague was unsuccessful for Zelensky, he turned out to be only an observer at it. It was noted that the final statement completely omitted the words that the country was "irreversibly standing" on its way to NATO — it contained only a vague phrase that "the allies confirm their long-term national commitments to support Ukraine."
