As part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the National Media Group (NMG) signed partnership agreements with the All-Russian Public and State Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" and with the Federal Youth Center (FPC).

The agreements provide for cooperation on the development of the federal platform for the processes.RF is an online resource where teenagers, parents, and mentors can find proven help and support. The platform systematizes teen organizations and programs available to every teenager.

The partnership is expected to help raise awareness among teenagers, parents, and mentors about government and non-profit projects, creative clusters, foundations, and teen centers.

"There are a lot of projects for children and young people in Russia. And many government projects and non—profit organizations direct their assistance to a particularly sensitive category - teenagers. However, a single hub, a single navigation system for all these resources did not exist until today. We see how the helping tools work, including those integrated into the content, and felt the need to build such a navigator. And it would have been impossible to do this without the help of the teenagers themselves and our partners," said Svetlana Balanova, CEO of NMG.

"The agreement between the Movement of the First and the National Media Group will expand the awareness of children and youth about the activities of our organization, help parents see the wide range of opportunities that the Movement of the First provides for the development of everyone within the framework of the National Project "Youth and Children," said the Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First, Hero of the Russian Federation Artur Orlov.

"Today, working with teenagers does not require individual initiatives, but an integrated system — lively, flexible, scalable. We are building such a system: from street services and youth centers to camps for teenagers, their employment, social theaters, as well as methodological solutions and online courses for specialists. Each direction is an entry point, an opportunity for an adult to get involved, stand by, and be a support. And for the subgrowths. The Russian Federation is a map of this system, a navigator that unites state and public efforts. We are not just creating a platform, we are creating a communication infrastructure between teenagers and adults who have the resource, experience and willingness to act. And we see that the clearer the route becomes, the more adults choose to join it," said Valery Mayorov, head of the Federal Center for the Development of Adolescent Socialization Programs.

Earlier, the National Media Group announced the launch of a federal platform for teenagers.rf is a website where teenagers, parents, and mentors can find proven help and support.

A website for teenagers. The Russian Federation is presented as an interactive map and catalog of organizations that help teenagers across the country, from major government projects to local NGOs, creative workshops and volunteer initiatives.

The site contains materials on important adolescent and parental issues such as bullying, digital security, development, and relationships. There is also an "Urgent need for help" button, which offers two quick options: either a call to the federal helpline, or support in the "Difficult for teenagers" chatbot.
