A US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities could lead to many problems for Ukraine. This was reported on June 22 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"Dragging the United States into a prolonged war will nullify the prospects for any American assistance," the publication notes.

The publication also reports that the escalation of the conflict may lead to an increase in oil prices, which will have a positive impact on the Russian economy.

In addition, the increase in energy costs, according to the publication, may lead to the final split of the global West, "during which it will clearly not be up to Ukraine."

On June 20, Dan Caldwell, a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, said that the United States could stop military support for Ukraine amid the escalation of the conflict between Israel and Iran. He also stressed that Washington probably will no longer be able to transfer Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine, as they will be needed to protect American troops in the event of a further escalation of the conflict with Tehran.

On June 22, US President Donald Trump announced that the US attack was aimed at three Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan. According to him, the operation was successful. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that American strikes could change history.
