A Russian man was detained in the Krasnodar Territory for preparing a terrorist attack in an administrative building at an energy facility and transmitting information about the movements of ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to the Ukrainian special services. This was announced on June 10 by the Center for Public Relations (SOC) of the Federal Security Service (FSB).

It is specified that the detainee was recruited by the special services of Ukraine in February 2025. Since that time, he has been transmitting information about the activities of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to the curators.

"Following another instruction from the supervisor, the detainee planned to remove an IED weighing 2.5 kg from a cache for subsequent detonation in the administrative building of one of the energy facilities in the region," the FSB said.

A criminal case was opened against the detainee on the fact of preparation for a terrorist attack and illegal storage of explosives. The DSP stressed that the accused had admitted his guilt and was cooperating with the investigation.

On June 9, the FSB prevented a sabotage at a military-industrial complex (MIC) facility in the Moscow region. According to the agency, two Russian citizens involved in the preparation of the attack were detained. They passed information about the company to the Ukrainian special services and prepared explosions at the defense industry facility.
