The Russian air defense forces have destroyed 14 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the skies over the Kaluga Region. This was announced on May 25 by the governor of the region Vladislav Shapsha.

"The air defense forces destroyed 14 UAVs in the region on the night of May 25," a message on his Telegram channel said.

He clarified that two of them were destroyed on the outskirts of Obninsk, three drones were eliminated over the territory of the Sukhinichi and Maloyaroslavetsky districts, five drones were destroyed over the Tarussky district, and one UAV was destroyed over the territory of the Borovsky district. Specialists from operational services are working at the crash sites. Previously, no casualties or damage were found.

On May 25, the governor of the Tula region, Dmitry Milyaev, announced that as a result of repelling an attack by Ukrainian UAVs with air defense systems, one of the drones fell in the courtyard of an apartment building in Tula. There were no casualties as a result of the attack. At the crash site, the windows in three residential buildings were damaged.
