In St. Petersburg, an unknown assaulted a correspondent of the 78 TV channel

An unknown man attacked Alyona Chernysheva, a correspondent of the 78 TV channel, during her work at the moment when she was communicating with the neighbors of an 18-year-old teenager who suffered from a firecracker explosion. This became known on May 11.

According to the TV channel, the man struck the correspondent and knocked her down, after which he dragged her along the ground and began to strangle her. The girl managed to fight back, but the unknown man hit her in the face several more times.

The neighbors with whom the correspondent worked stated that they had seen the attacker, but allegedly did not know his identity and place of residence. After the incident, the employee filed a police report against the man.
