Waltz and Ushakov agreed to meet the technical teams of the Russian Federation and the United States in Riyadh

Mike Waltz, national security adviser to the American leader Donald Trump, said on March 19 that he had a telephone conversation with Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
