As a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the village of Giryi in the Belovsky district of the Kursk region, a married couple was injured. This was announced on March 8 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.
"Two spouses were injured. A 51-year-old woman has shrapnel wounds to her abdomen, arms and legs, and a 56—year—old man has multiple shrapnel wounds to his chest, head and back," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
Currently, the victims are in the hospital, their lives are not in danger. Doctors provide all the necessary assistance for a speedy recovery.
In addition, during the attack on the village, an unmanned aerial vehicle damaged a civilian car. The driver was not injured.
On March 6, a woman stepped on a Petal mine in the Lgovsky district of the Kursk region. Khinstein said that she was hospitalized with a mine explosion injury and a foot injury.
