More than 2 thousand residents of Vladivostok are disconnected from heating due to an emergency on the heating main

As a result of a breakthrough on a heating line in Vladivostok, more than 2 thousand residents of apartment buildings were left without heating and water supply. This was reported on February 27 in the press service of the prosecutor's office in the region.

"In the evening of February 26, 2025, as a result of a gust on the heating main section, more than 2 thousand residents of apartment buildings along Vatutin and Neibut streets were left without central heating and hot water supply," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that at the moment all the restoration work has been completed. The prosecutor's office launched an investigation into the incident. After carrying out all necessary actions, specialists will establish all the circumstances of the incident.

On February 9, it was reported that in St. Petersburg on Soldatov Street heating main burst. Boiling water flooded the asphalt of the street and spread to the pedestrian crossing. The traffic where the accident occurred is limited.
