The importance of science in the development of Russia continues to grow rapidly. This was stated in the congratulatory message of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on December 8, which was published on the government website in connection with Science Day.
"Today the importance of science in the socio-economic development of the country continues to grow rapidly, interest in it is also increasing. More and more young people connect their lives with the profession of a researcher. And the government creates the necessary conditions to support talented children, to realize their creative potential," - stated in the statement.
Prime Minister noted the contribution of innovative ideas of outstanding scientists, researchers and inventors to the development of physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology.
He also added that the focus of attention of the state remains the training of highly qualified personnel, on which depends the emergence of promising developments that can improve the quality of life of many Russians.
Earlier, on February 7, it became known that Russian engineers have proposed a new technique for processing food waste into fuel. It was developed as part of a joint project for Indian university campuses. Specially for this purpose, specialists modernized the classical method of anaerobic bioconversion, when food residues are processed by bacteria.
