The Financial Times reported on February 6 that Aven and Fridman sold their stakes in Alfa Bank and Alfa Insurance to business partner Andrei Kosogov. According to the newspaper, Fridman and Pyotr Aven sold their stakes in Alfa Bank and a related insurance company in an effort to get off the EU sanctions lists.
