Perm Perm has issued a construction permit for the interuniversity campus "Future of Parma"

The project of the inter-university multifunctional campus "Future of Parma" in Perm has received a positive conclusion of the state expert examination and a construction permit. This is reported by the regional government on Wednesday, January 15.

"The Ministry of Property Management and Urban Planning of the Perm region issued a construction permit for the interuniversity multifunctional campus in Perm. The project received a positive conclusion of the state expert examination at the end of December last year," the report says.

A site in the right-bank part of the city in the Kamskaya Dolina neighborhood has been chosen for the construction of the campus. The project includes construction of hotels for students and teachers for 5 thousand places, educational and laboratory complex with a technology park, a fitness center with a swimming pool, as well as a congress hall with a pedestrian gallery. The last two objects will be available for all residents and guests of the city. It is also envisaged to create recreational and walking spaces, street sports grounds on the territory.

As IA "Ura.ru" specifies , the project received a positive conclusion of the state expert examination on December 28, 2024. In the beginning of 2025 it is planned to start works on vertical planning, embankment and pile foundations. The concessionaire company is Campus Parma LLC, and the general contractor is Etalonpromstroy LLC.
