Ekaterina Dronova, the actress of "Secrets of the Investigation", died at the age of 69.

Honored Artist of Russia Ekaterina Dronova died at the age of 69 after a long illness. This was announced on September 21 in the press service of the Youth Theater on Fontanka, where the actress served for many years.

"Dronova's unique acting charm, her vivid character, and complete dedication on stage immediately attracted the attention of professionals and viewers. Having become the "actress of Spivak," Ekaterina Dronova shone in the legendary performances of the director," the press service wrote on the Telegram channel.

Dronova joined the theater in 1989 after graduating from the Shchukin Theater College with director Semyon Spivak from the Young Theater at Lenkontsert. In the troupe, as stated in the message, she quickly became one of the notable artists due to her bright personality, characteristic roles and full dedication on stage.

Ekaterina Dronova was born on November 1, 1957. After graduating from Shchukin College, she worked at the Leningrad Concert in the "Young Theater", then moved to the Youth Theater on Fontanka. For her contribution to the theatrical art, she was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia.
