The euro exchange rate on the interbank market exceeded 100 rubles for the first time since March

The euro exchange rate on the Russian interbank market exceeded 100 rubles for the first time since March 19 this year. This follows from the Investing trading data on August 27.

As of 11:01 Moscow time, the European currency rose by 1.69% and reached 100,006 rubles. At the same time, the dollar exchange rate increased by 1.65% to 85.79 rubles.

At the same time, by 14:19 Moscow time, the values of the euro and the dollar remained unchanged at a similar level.

Andrey Loboda, a member of the RASO and the expert council of the Forex Dealers Association for the development of the over-the—counter financial market, noted on August 24 that during the final full week of August, over–the-counter dollar trades can take place in the range of 82-86 rubles, the euro in the range of 95-99 rubles, and the yuan will be in the range of 12.20-12.90 rubles.
