Lukashenko urged to adequately pay for the work of employees when getting results
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has stated the need for fair wages for employees of enterprises in the event of a result. He said this on July 31 during a working trip to the Berezovsky district.
The Head of State visited the production branch of JSC Savushkin Product and the agricultural enterprise Savushkin-Luch. According to him, the successful operation of enterprises is largely due to the fact that employees receive decent and timely wages.
"Why do they have good people working here? Because they pay their salaries. They work for money. Normal money," BelTA has learned from the Belarusian leader's statement.
The President stressed that timely payment of wages should remain one of the main issues for business leaders.
Separately, Lukashenko noted the importance of cooperation between large processing companies and agricultural organizations that supply raw materials. According to him, business should take into account the interests of employees and partners.
"Don't spare the peasants. You can't spoil them, but if they give results, you have to pay them," said the head of Belarus.
Lukashenko also said that entrepreneurs should share the results of their work with those involved in the creation of products.
On the same day, the Belarusian leader was presented with a monument to a cow, which he wanted to erect somehow. It was noted that the sculpture of Lukashenko was presented by the Savushkin company, which specializes in the manufacture of natural dairy products. Now a full-length monument to the cow will be placed in the Independence Palace in Minsk.
