Initiatives to introduce monetary payments for a long-term marriage are not yet being discussed at a serious level in the State Duma. This was announced on July 29 by Vitaly Milonov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood.
