In Perm, a 72-year-old pensioner shot up the windows of a kindergarten. This was announced on June 29 on the website of the Industrial District Court of the city.
According to investigators, on June 24, a man fired several shots from an air gun directly at the windows of the institution.
"The court considered a petition for the election of a preventive measure for a 72-year—old resident of the Industrial District, accused of hooliganism with the use of an object used as a weapon," the publication says.
The accused was placed under house arrest for a period of two months. He is prohibited from leaving his place of residence, receiving and sending postal and telegraphic items, using communication facilities and Internet access.
In addition, when choosing a preventive measure, the court took into account the elderly age of the defendant, his state of health, as well as the fact that all items for shooting that were in the apartment had been seized.
On June 21, police officers in Tuva detained an attacker who entered the territory of the Eaglet children's camp. A man born in 2001, who was intoxicated, came to the building of the institution himself. As a result of the attack, two teenagers were injured.
