In the German city of Stade in the federal state of Lower Saxony, a shooting occurred, as a result of which, according to preliminary data, up to five people were killed. Several more people were injured. This was announced on June 29 by the T-Online portal.
"Several people were injured and killed in a shooting in the county town of Stade in Lower Saxony. A police spokesman said <...> that up to five people were killed," the publication says.
The incident occurred on Dankersstrasse in the city center. The police are working on the spot, and a large-scale special operation is underway. According to law enforcement officials, the situation remains dynamic.
In Scotland, on June 20, five people were injured in an armed attack near a mosque in Edinburgh. The first attack took place in the western part of the city. Then the attacker managed to injure two men, as well as destroy a gas station and a pizzeria. As a result of the subsequent attacks, three more were injured.
