Shurygina continued to sell access to content under house arrest
Under the name of blogger Diana Shurygina, the sale of access to paid content continues, despite the girl's being under house arrest. Izvestia was convinced of this on June 17 in a dialogue with the seller.
The talk show star, while under a preventive measure, did not stop selling subscriptions to a closed Telegram channel. The cost of access to premium content is 4,850 rubles.
According to investigators, it was on paid channels that the girl posted her explicit photos and videos. Diana Shurygina is accused of making pornography, for which she faces up to six years in prison.
The term of house arrest is set until July 19. It turned out that in recent years, the blogger has often flown to Bali. Shurygina was a member of local dating chat rooms, where she described her goals in communities as a desire to just "hang out."
The Troitsky court of Moscow on the eve chose a measure of restraint for Shurygina in the form of house arrest until July 19. 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal manufacture and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects"). The girl's ex-partner, crypto businessman Svyatoslav Gusev, published a post in which he said that Shurygina was facing from two to six years in a penal colony.
Sergei Semyonov, convicted of raping Shurygina, offered the girl protection in court and later added in an interview with Izvestia that it was a joke. Semenov, who considers himself a victim of a slip in the rape case, was released early in 2018 and engaged in human rights activities.
