The International Football Federation (FIFA) will invite the Russian national team to a new under-15 youth tournament to be held in the United States. This was announced on June 15 by Maxim Mitrofanov, Secretary General of the Russian Football Union (RFU), in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The tournament is expected to take place in September this year.
