The vacancy of an orthopedic dentist in Perm has become the highest-paid in the Russian Federation

An offer to work as an orthopedic dentist in Perm with a salary of 400 thousand rubles per month topped the list of the highest paid in the country as of the beginning of summer 2026. This was confirmed on June 10 by the results of an analysis of the SuperJob IT service database.

According to the results reviewed by RIA Novosti, in Moscow the highest income is offered to applicants who have responded to the position of network engineer — 350 thousand rubles. The second place in the capital was shared by vacancies for doctors: orthopedic dentist, dental therapist and orthopedic traumatologist.

Clinics and hospitals are ready to pay such specialists from 300 thousand rubles a month. The top 3 in the same city includes a vacancy for a freight forwarder driver with a category E driver's license. The employee is offered from 280 thousand rubles.

A similar situation has been recorded in St. Petersburg. There, future cosmetologists and ultrasound specialists are offered from 300 thousand rubles. And those who wish to find a job in this region as the previously mentioned driver of category E can receive payments in the amount of 250 thousand to 280 thousand rubles.

Experts have studied the labor market in other major Russian cities. In Voronezh, they are willing to pay an orthopedic dentist from 300 thousand rubles, in Ufa a dental surgeon from 200 thousand, and in Samara an ultrasound doctor is offered 140-200 thousand rubles. In Kazan, a similar specialist is promised from 150 thousand rubles, in Chelyabinsk, an orthopedic dentist - from 140 thousand rubles.

In the logistics and transport sectors, high salaries are recorded in Nizhny Novgorod, where the driver is offered 200-300 thousand rubles, and in Volgograd, where a courier driver can earn from 125 thousand. In Rostov-on-Don, they are ready to pay a welder-mechanic from 180 thousand rubles.

Among the working and technical specialties, there are offers for a foreman in Krasnoyarsk (150-200 thousand rubles), a self-propelled crane machine operator in Yekaterinburg (100-160 thousand) and a carpenter in Omsk (from 100 thousand). In Novosibirsk, a technology manager is offered from 150 thousand rubles, and in Krasnodar, a logistics development manager is offered 100-160 thousand rubles.

Which specialists in this field are currently lacking

Mikhail Tuzov, Director of Analytics at Adviros human resources company, pointed out on June 7 that the nominal accrued salary in the country exceeded 100 thousand rubles in 2026. Such an indicator, as he explained, is revealed by calculating the arithmetic mean of all payments made to employees before taxes.

On June 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the situation on the domestic labor market, said that Russia also has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the world, at approximately 2.2%. At the same time, he pointed out the importance of developing labor mobility, in which a specialist can potentially find a more modern and highly paid job at a new enterprise located in another subject of the Russian Federation.
