Honored Artist of Russia Nina Marushina died after a long illness. This was announced on June 2 at the Moscow Pushkin Drama Theater, on the stage of which the actress spent almost 65 years of her creative life.
"Nina Marushina, an Honored Artist of Russia and an actress of the Pushkin Theater, has died after a long illness," the source told TASS.
Information about the date and place of farewell to the artist has not yet been announced.
Marushina's death became known on June 2. The actress died at the age of 91. She is best known for her role as Lily Dyakova in the cult Soviet TV series Day by Day (1971-1972). She also starred in the films "Babi Riot", "Oblomov" and "Days of our Lives".
