On April 23, Russian artist and entrepreneur Timur Yunusov, known under the pseudonym Timati, declared indifference to being included in the 20th package of EU sanctions.

"I don't care about the 20th package," Timati wrote on his Instagram account (owned by Meta, a recognized extremist organization in Russia).

The contractor stressed that the measures taken would not affect his interests. According to Timati, he has never owned and currently does not have real estate abroad, as well as open bank accounts in the European Union (EU) countries.

On the same day, the EU finally approved the 20th package of sanctions against Russia. As part of it, the Council of the European Union (EU) was given the opportunity to impose a complete ban on the maritime transportation of Russian oil and petroleum products. Transactions with 20 Russian banks were also banned. In addition, the restrictions affected Timati, Mikhail Piotrovsky, director of the Hermitage Museum, and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
