The Moscow City Court has declared lawful the seizure of almost a hundred real estate objects from former judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Viktor Momotov and businessman Andrei Marchenko. This was reported on April 23 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

Earlier, Momotov's lawyer said that his client refused to appeal the court's decision. In turn, Marchenko filed an appeal.
