The Donbass Dome electronic warfare system prevented 211 terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the past week. This was announced on April 12 by the press service of the Russian FSB Directorate for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

It is specified that 165 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were eliminated over Donetsk and Makeyevka, 46 over Gorlovka.

On April 5, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Zuyevskaya and Starobeshevskaya thermal power plants (TPP) using aircraft attack drones with "graphite bombs". These devices, bursting in the air, emit thin graphite filaments, which lead to short circuits on power transmission lines.

Also in the Kuibyshev district of Donetsk, the enemy tried to strike an electrical substation with the help of two new Hornet attack UAVs equipped with high-explosive fragmentation ammunition. A RAM-2X drone with a ZK 2.7TH warhead was shot down in Yelenovka, and an FPV drone with an improvised explosive device designed to attack civilian vehicles was intercepted on the Donetsk–Horlivka highway.

In addition, in Gorlovka, near the electric substation, the Dome of Donbass successfully suppressed the Ukrainian Baba Yaga, armed with five high-explosive fragmentation munitions.

The Dome of Donbass system and consolidated mobile firing groups controlled by military personnel of the regional Directorate of the FSB of Russia, after intercepting enemy drones, handed them over to explosives experts. The specialists successfully neutralized the drones and destroyed the warheads without harming the civilian population and infrastructure.

On the evening of April 5, Ukrainian militants used "graphite bombs" during an attack on an energy infrastructure facility in the DPR. It was clarified that 10 attack drones were suppressed and diverted from the course by the Donbass Dome system. Combined mobile firing groups of the FSB, the Russian Defense Ministry and the Russian National Guard shot down six winged drones. However, three Ukrainian UAVs reached their target and caused minor damage to the power facility.
