The inheritance of the shares of the late co-owner of the "Airplane" Kenin has been completed

The registration of the inheritance rights to the shares of the late shareholder of the development group "Airplane" Mikhail Kenin, who died in August 2025, has been completed. This was announced on February 26 by the asset manager of the Kenin family, OMD-Capital company.

It is noted that all inherited assets, including shares of PJSC GC "Aeroplane", which previously belonged to Kenin, were transferred to legitimate heirs in accordance with the law. The structure of ownership of shares and the principles of control over them remained unchanged. Shares continue to be an asset of the family as part of a long-term strategy focused on significant growth of the company.

In addition, the company stressed that at the moment there are no plans to sell the stake, which accounts for 29.12% of the total number of shares of "Airplane".
