A man died as a result of a car explosion in Odessa.
A car exploded in Odessa, killing one person. This was announced on January 6 by the main Directorate of the National Police in the Odessa region.
"A message about the explosion of a Toyota car on Akademika Koroleva Street was received by special line 102 this morning," the police said.
According to preliminary data, the 21-year-old owner of the car was killed in the incident. The causes of the explosion are being determined.

In June last year, the car of the shopping mall (territorial recruitment center, the Ukrainian equivalent of the military enlistment office) exploded in the village of Donskaya Balka, Odessa region. As a result, a high-ranking employee of the center was killed. The deceased was driving a car at the time of the explosion. It is specified that the incident was allegedly caused remotely by the detonation of an explosive device.
