The eighth-grader who attacked classmates and set fire to a school in Krasnoyarsk had a positive characterization. This was announced on February 4 by Tatyana Shamsutdinova, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk.

"The eighth grade student did not have any preventive medical records, <...> she was and still is characterized positively by the current situation in the educational organization," TASS quoted her as saying.
