In Russia, it was proposed to set the salary of education workers differently

The Russian government, together with employers and trade unions, recommended setting the salary of education workers at 70% of the total salary. This follows from the documents that RIA Novosti reviewed on February 2.

It clarifies that for specialists already working in the education system, it is proposed to revise the salary structure taking into account these parameters. It is noted that the changes should also apply to future indexations: it is recommended to direct additional funds primarily to increase the salary part, rather than incentive payments.
