Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky can come to Moscow if he is ready for dialogue. This was announced on January 28 by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

Ushakov added that US President Donald Trump had offered to consider the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Zelensky. However, as the Russian leader's aide pointed out, such contacts should be well prepared.
