"According to the investigation, while serving as deputy head of the Krasnodar Territory, Anna Minkova fraudulently obtained expensive real estate from one of the developers to resolve issues in the healthcare sector," the source said.

Last October, Minkova announced her resignation on her Telegram channel. She has served as the Vice-Governor of the Krasnodar Territory since April 2015, overseeing the social sphere of the region. After her dismissal, Minkova became the head of the Kuban-24 media group.
