A woman wounded in an attack by an APU UAV on Voronezh died in hospital.

A woman who was seriously injured as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the city on the night of January 10-11 has died in a Voronezh hospital. This was announced on January 26 by the Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev.

"As soon as Olga Andreevna was taken to a medical facility, an operation was performed. For a long time, doctors did everything so that the elderly woman could recover. However, my health couldn't stand it," Gusev said.

The head of the region expressed condolences to the family and friends of the deceased on his own behalf and on behalf of the regional government, stressing that he shares the common grief.

On January 11, Gusev reported on the death of a woman in Voronezh, damage to residential buildings and administrative buildings during an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Later it became known that the Orthodox gymnasium was also damaged as a result of the incident.
