Aeroflot reported a glitch in the booking system

Aeroflot has temporarily restricted passenger and baggage check-in, as well as ticket processing, reissue and refund operations due to a malfunction in the Leonardo (Sirena-Travel) booking system. This was announced on January 26 by the carrier's press service.

In addition, the provision of additional services in all the airline's sales channels, including the website, contact center and agency networks, has been suspended.

"Adjustments to the schedule are possible," the airline said.

The airline noted that all necessary measures are being taken to restore the system as soon as possible.
