The Donbass Dome electronic warfare system prevented 237 terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in a week. This was reported on January 25 in the press service of the Directorate of the Federal Security Service (UFSB) of Russia for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

It is noted that 213 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were neutralized in the airspace over Donetsk and Makeyevka, and 24 more drones were destroyed over Gorlovka. Also, an FP-1 aircraft-type drone equipped with OFB-60-YAU high-explosive fragmentation ammunition with additional damaging elements was intercepted in the area of the Starobeshevskaya thermal power plant.

In Yelenovka, near a transformer substation, a Ukrainian drone of the "Warthog" type was neutralized, on board of which there was a cumulative warhead of the LBF-15. Five FPV drones equipped with improvised explosive devices based on grenade launchers were intercepted near an electrical distribution substation in Gorlovka.

The ministry clarified that explosives experts successfully neutralized the drones and destroyed the warheads without harming civilians and infrastructure facilities.

Earlier, on January 18, it was reported that the Donbass Dome system prevented 286 terrorist attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a week. So, 243 drones were eliminated over Donetsk and Makeyevka, 43 over Gorlovka. Four FP‑1 drones with high-explosive fragmentation warheads were intercepted in the Amvrosiyevsky district, two similar devices were suppressed in Khartsyzsk, and a Baba Yaga drone with an improvised explosive device based on a grenade launcher was neutralized in the Kuibyshev district of Donetsk.
