Gosuslugi launched a registry of malicious alimony defaulters
The Federal Register of malicious alimony defaulters has become available for verification on the Gosuslugi portal. This was announced on January 13 by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation in its channel on the MAX platform.
Debtors who have been held administratively or criminally liable for non-payment of alimony or have been put on the wanted list by bailiffs are included in the register. The person's full name and date of birth are required for verification.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the service will help assess financial integrity, for example, when concluding civil law transactions.
The open federal register of abusive alimony debtors has also been posted on the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service since the end of May 2025. Previously, access to this information was limited and required an official request.
Since May 25, the register of debtors on alimony obligations has been launched on the website of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of the Russian Federation. It is noted that it will include persons brought to administrative and criminal responsibility for non-payment of funds for the maintenance of minor children or disabled parents.
