A group of unknown militants blew up 11 gas stations in three southern provinces of the Kingdom of Thailand, fires broke out, and no casualties were reported. This was reported on Sunday, January 11, by the Bangkok Post (BP) newspaper, citing the command of the Thai Interior Ministry.

"People with ill intentions" blew up 11 gas stations. The fires were brought under control. Five of the explosions occurred in Narathiwat province — in the districts of Cho Airong, Chanae, Rangai, Waeng and Sungai Kolok, two more in Pattani — in the districts of Muang and Kafo, and four more — in the districts of Kabang, Bannang Sata and Muang of Yala state," the material says.

The area where the incidents were recorded was cordoned off to establish all the details of what happened during the investigation. In addition, security measures have been tightened in these areas — residents were urged to temporarily avoid gas station territories.

On January 2, the television and radio company Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) reported that a group of 50 masked unidentified persons staged a pogrom in Dresden, Germany: they threw stones at a tram and also set fire to a barricade they had created themselves. The incidents were recorded in the Neustadt area. The name of this area, favored by representatives of bohemia, translates as "new town", which, in turn, is famous for its rich nightlife.
